Your CCMA monthly Newsletter (printed copy) is now available at the (2) neighborhood dropboxes and at the Civic Center entry area, as well as here on website. There are clear, weatherproof boxes on the side of each dropbox, as well as at the Civic Center entry door area. You may pick up the monthly Newsletter on or after the 29th of each month. Our community "OPEN" Board meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Civic Center. Owners/members are welcome to attend and listen to the happenings!
This very important committee reviews all building permit applications -- house, garage, carport/shed, fence, pool, etc. For more information, check under "ACC Docs". ACC meetings are the 3rd Thursday of each month, 6:30 pm, at the Civic Center
This newly formed committee consists of all your neighbors -- and you are needed, too! Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month, 6:30 pm at the Civic Center. Get involved and keep the Cove looking beautiful for all to enjoy!
The Deed Restriction Committee investigates any formal complaints that are received regarding CC restriction violations (see form in "CCMA documents". The committee meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 6:30 pm at the Civic Center.

All ladies of the Cove are welcome -- $5 membership fee. Meetings are held once a month (monthly notices in the Newsletter) at a member's home or local restaurant. Come be a part of our wonderful fellowship!
Hosting an event? The Civic Center is available "for rent" to any property owner with dues paid in full and in good standing. For more information, call (830) 885-2235 or (830) 885-7791.
The Cypress Cove Civic Club plans and provides activities throughout the year for all to enjoy. Check the monthly Newsletter or Facebook Cypress Cove Maintenance Association page for monthly events.
Civic Club dues are $5.00 per person or $15.00 per family. Membership is from February 1- January 31 of following year.
