If you are considering any kind of building on your lot, you will need to contact the ACC at 830-885-7791 or cypresscoveacc@gvtc.com for a permit. Unless otherwise posted, the ACC meets the 3rd Thursday of each month, and completed permit applications can be placed in the ACC dropbox at the CCMA - ACC building at 1664 Cypress Cove Road.
