This is service is free of charge to you as a tenant and therefore preferred. The service is very easy to set up from your tenant portal and allows you to pay your rent and other amounts due under your lease. You can set up the service to be automatically so that you don’t have to worry and your rent is always paid on time with no late fees to worry about.

Pay Assessment Dues Online:

Pay on time with your credit or debit card at your convenience on time. Payment must be made by midnight on the 3rd of the months to avoid late fees. Remember, that paying with credit card and debit card a service provider will charge an extra fee to use the service.

For first months rent and security deposit payments we only accept certified funds in form of a money order, cashiers check, or certified check. First months rent and security deposit has to be paid before you can move in. In case there was a returned check because of insufficient funds, personal checks are no longer permitted and we require certified funds.

If you make payments by mail, we only accept checks, we do not accept cash. Please make check payable to CCMA and sent to 1664 Cypress Cove Rd., Spring Branch, Tx 78070.
