If you are considering any kind of building on your lot, you will need to contact the ACC for a permit.  The committee meets the third Thursday of the month, and permit applications will be accepted Monday through Wednesday of the same week.  Applications will be accepted if they are complete by appointment only.  Permit application questions, call Laura Morille, 830-885-7791 or cypresscoveacc@gvtc.com
