We’re excited to announce that Cypress Cove Maintenance Association is transitioning from our traditional website to ManageCasa, a modern property management platform designed to improve communication, convenience, and overall resident experience.
🌟 Why Are We Making This Change?
Our previous website served us well, but it had limitations. ManageCasa allows us to:
✅ Send important community updates instantly
✅ Provide a central place for announcements and documents
✅ Allow online payments
✅ Submit and track maintenance requests
✅ Access community information anytime, anywhere
✅ Improve overall communication between residents and the POA.
✅ Ability to set up auto pay
This platform gives us a more streamlined, secure, and user-friendly way to manage our community.
📲 What Do You Need To Do?
You should have received an email invitation from ManageCasa to create your account.
👉 Click the “Sign up with ManageCasa” button in that email
OR
👉 Copy and paste the link into your browser
You can also download the ManageCasa mobile app from your app store for easy access on your phone.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
1. I didn’t receive the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure your email address on file with the POA is correct.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend the invitation.
2. I deleted or lost the original email.
No problem! Contact the POA and we can send you a new invitation link.
3. Can I use the platform on my phone?
Yes! Download the ManageCasa app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. Is there a cost to residents?
No. There is no cost to homeowners to create or use their account.
5. What if I’m not comfortable with technology?
We understand change can take time. If you need help setting up your account, please reach out — we’re happy to assist.
6. Will the old website still be active?
We will begin phasing it out as we transition fully to ManageCasa. All important information will now be available through the new platform.
We’re confident this change will make community communication easier and more efficient for everyone.
Manage Casa will be hosting an online training for residents on 2/17/26 at 1PM. We will post the link to the training as soon as it becomes available & no worries if you are unable to attend, it will be recorded and available for you to view on your own schedule.

COMMUNITY ALERT
This past Sunday 1/18/2026, the CCMA received a call from a resident regarding a water leak near the pool area. Upon inspection, it was determined that the outdoor shower had been tampered with, causing water to discharge from the fixture.
Thanks to the diligence of community members, the issue was reported promptly to the CCMA office and addressed quickly by volunteers. To prevent any future incidents, the outdoor shower has been removed. Please note that the men’s and women’s restroom showers remain available for use.
A police report has been filed regarding this incident, and the matter has been documented accordingly.
In an effort to keep our community safe and well maintained, we kindly ask residents to report any urgent maintenance concerns to the CCMA office at 830-885-7791. Any suspicious or criminal activity should be reported to the Comal County Sheriff’s Department or by calling 911.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the volunteers who responded quickly and continue to work diligently to maintain our pool facilities. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Community Update: Pool Closing November 30th
As part as our efforts to reduce costs and responsibly manage community resources, the pool will officially close for the winter season on November 30th. If you currently have an active pool pass, you will receive a pro-rated reimbursement. Please allow a short processing period while we finalize the refunds. We appreciate your understanding as we work to prioritize the community's financial stability and prepare for improvements in the upcoming season. Thank you for your continued support! The pool will reopen Memorial Day weekend 2026.
