The Cypress Cove Maintenance Association is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
The ACC helps preserve the natural beauty and character of our community by reviewing property improvement applications and working with homeowners to ensure projects align with our governing documents.

Cypress Cove – Board Positions Open 🌿
We are currently looking for community members interested in serving on the Cypress Cove Maintenance Association (CCMA) Board of Directors.
This is a great opportunity to:
✨ Be involved in decisions that impact our neighborhood
✨ Help improve and maintain our community
✨ Bring fresh ideas and positive change to the Cove
Requirements:
• Must be a property owner in Cypress Cove
• Must be in good standing with the Association
• Willingness to serve the community
*Elected candidates will be required to have a background check

Important Information
The next CCMA BOD meeting will be on WEDNESDAY April 15th at 6PM at the Civic Center. Below is the agenda for the meeting:

The pool will open Memorial Day Weekend! 🎉
If you are a resident and still have your pool card from last year, it will be automatically reactivated for the upcoming season. ✅
If you need a new pool card, the cost is $25.00. 💳 Payment can be made online through your Owner Portal; however, please call the office first so we can add the invoice to your account prior to payment. 📞
You may also pay by check by dropping it off in the mailbox at:

🚫 Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Cypress Cove Trash Off - Saturday, April 18th, starting at 8AM at the burn field.
Accepted items:
-Old furniture
-Appliances
-General Debris
NOT Accepted items:
NO TREE DEBRIS FOR TRASH OFF!!
-Hazardous waste
-Paint cans
-Batteries
Dumpsters will remain available until full, so come early!
There will be a metal collection service as well!
The "Point" gate is now unlocked and open from daylight to dusk.
