Architectural Control Committee Volunteers Needed

The Cypress Cove Maintenance Association is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

The ACC helps preserve the natural beauty and character of our community by reviewing property improvement applications and working with homeowners to ensure projects align with our governing documents.

We are looking for community members who:

1. Can review applications fairly and consistently
2. Communicate respectfully with neighbors
3. Are willing to volunteer a small amount of time each month
4. Experience in construction, landscaping, design, real estate, permitting, or project management is helpful but not required.

Committee responsibilities may include:

1. Reviewing exterior modification requests
2. Evaluating plans for compliance with deed restrictions
3. Participating in occasional meetings or email reviews
4. This is a great opportunity to help shape the future of our neighborhood while protecting property values and maintaining the unique character of Cypress Cove.
