Request for Qualified HVAC (A/C) Maintenance Contractor – Civic Center

We are currently seeking a licensed, certified, and fully insured HVAC company to provide general maintenance services for the Civic Center’s A/C system.

The selected contractor will be responsible for routine inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency. 

Interested companies must provide proof of licensing, certifications, and insurance. Reliable service, responsiveness, and a strong track record of quality work are essential.

Pool Season & Access Information

The pool will be open from Memorial Day Weekend through the end of November.

If you are a resident and still have your pool card from last year, it will be reactivated for the upcoming season.

If you need a new pool card, the cost is $25.00. Please call the office first so we can add the invoice to your account before making payment. Payment can be completed using this link: PAY FOR POOL CARD

You may also pay by check and drop it off in the mailbox at:
1664 Cypress Cove Rd.

Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

The "Point" gate is now unlocked and open from daylight to dusk.
